Biographical Sketch

Luka Botički was born in Winnipeg, Canada, in 2000. His interest in brain research was sparked during his high school years through work at the Albrechtsen Research Centre and continued during his bachelor's degree in biosystems engineering with a focus on biomedical engineering at the University of Manitoba. He is currently conducting research at TU Graz on the properties of brain tissue and is simultaneously pursuing a master's degree in biomedical engineering there, specializing in biomechanics and neural engineering.
